Levi Michael ANDERSON b. 13 Sept 1810, Fairfield Co OH; d. 9 Feb 1889,
Portland OR; mar. 23 Nov 1868 in OR, to Emilia von STAHLE. In 1837, he was
in the tobacco business in Lancaster, Fairfield Co OH, in 1849, he
"went to California to look for gold." They had two children
known that died in infancy: Frank b. 1873 and Sherman b. 1875. Levi was
the s/o Thomas & Mary Magdalena (MACKLIN/MECHLING-born Westmoreland Co
PA) ANDERSON of Ohio.
