Surnames: SHORTELL, HALL, SLEIGHT
Searching for connections on my gggrandmother. Her name was Anna SHORTELL. She
was born in Sutter Creek, CA on May 22, 1868. Her father was from Canada and her
mother was from Ireland. She married a man named HALL. I don't know if she
married him while still living in California or Portland, Oregon. Her second
marriage was to my gggrandfather, John SLEIGHT. He was much older than her. She
died in Portland at the age of 42 in 1910.
