Searching for descendants of Bertrand VINCENT born Dec 1831 in France. He
reported to the 1900 census in Santa Clara Co., CA that he had immigrated to the
US in 1849. His wife was Louisa CHAFAIN and they had Henry, Matilda, Arnold, &
