Subject: Goldrush Most Wanted - David Reid MCCLARY.
Born ~1830 in Pennsylvania (per 1880 census) and married to Emma Jane PARRY (b
1857, d/o Henry PARRY and Almira SHIPTON) in Trinity Center, CA, in 1878. D. R.
MCCLARY co-owned the BLOSS-MCCLARY goldmine in Trinity Center. He also owned and
worked several other mines in the vicinity and is at one time recorded as
living/working in Shasta county. David MCCLARY died in Oakland, CA in 1904,
after selling all his mining interests in the late1890's. I have information on
his descendants, but cannot find ancestors or any likely birthplace/records.
