Subject: CA-GOLDRUSH "Most Wanted" Jacob MUSHRUSH

I am looking for any information about Jacob MUSHRUSH during the time period of 1850-1865-68. Jacob was in the 1850 census in Jefferson Co OH as a blacksmith. He next appears in the records of Reno NV in the mid 1870s. On his obituary it states that he came to Reno from the gold fields of CA. In Reno he also followed his occupation as blacksmith leading me to believe that most likely he was a blacksmith in the gold fields also. His son, Jacob Jr. was living in Reno in the 1870s too. Whether or not he came to CA with his father is not known. I am trying to find any record that proves he was here in CA. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
