Subject: CA-GOLDRUSH "Most Wanted" Joseph Green WHITE and Benjamin D. WHITE
Joseph Green WHITE and his brother,Benjamin D.WHITE came to CA in 1849 with the
Benjamin Snelling party and were at Snelling's Ranch by the end of 1850. The
last records I've found were in Merced County-- Joseph Green in 1858 (though a
Missouri probate shows he was still in CA in 1864) and Benjamin D. in 1872. Did
they live other places while in California, and what happened to them after
those dates?
