Subject: Uncle Search (Moses HOOKER)
Seeking information concerning an uncle who left his family in the Appalachian
hills to head for adventure and the quest for gold in the west. His name was
Moses HOOKER and he migrated from SC>TN>GA>Points west with his goal being GOLD.
Would like to know how to find him. I have reason to believe he was in Sutter CO
CA in 1850 in Auburn. Looking for possibility of family, too.
