Subject:[CA-GOLDRUSH-L] Most Wanted: Presley Warnock GOSSETT
I am looking for information of the whereabouts of Presley Warnock GOSSETT who
came to CA and OR during the Gold Rush. He was believed to be mining in Yreka CA
in 1852. He may have been accompanied by William Ira Grover GOSSETT and Presley
WARNOCK. I think he came overland. He returned to IN in 1853 or 1854. I would
like to know which wagon train he was on and how he returned east, as well as
any information about his stay in the West.
