Subject: For CA-GOLDRUSH Most Wanted Samuel RUDOLH
What happened to Samuel RUDOLPH? He was born in PA, and lived in IA as a child.
In 1860, he was age 21, and living in Stanislaus Co, Branch Twp. with his father
John and brother John. In 1870, he was still in Branch Twp, married to Phoebe
(nee BARNES), she age 17. In 1880, Phoebe was in the household of her father,
divorced, with a son John RUDOLPH age 9. An account of the death of John Sr. in
1892 seems to suggest that Samuel pre-deceased him. I would particularly like to
learn what happened to Samuel, and whether his son John had any descendants.
