Subject: Goldrush Most Wanted
I am looking for a William (Billy) Barker who left England in 1848 and went mining in California during the 1850s. He may have mined with a Byron N, McKinstry, but just where is unknown. Barker later went to the goldrush in British Columbia, and made an enormous gold strike on Williams Creek in the Caribou region of BC. in 1862.
